Cool As Ever Tech returns!
The third annual Cool As Ever Tech event will bring together SoCal’s web/tech scene for an interactive event hosted at the Del Mar Racetrack on Saturday, August 13th, 2011.
Join 700+ of your closest social media friends from noon until 6 PM, as we check in on Foursquare, eat, drink, tweet, people-watch and bet. And, of course, we’ll do all of this in an über-connected and geektastic fashion. Expect real-time Twitter walls, a livestream of the event, and gadgets, goodies, and giveaways that will make even the geekiest of you scream with delight.

Dan Tentler has arranged for Humintell to come to San Diego for a 4 hour training session on May 21st. It costs $250 and the head researcher from Humintell (twitter.com/humintell), Dr. David Matsumoto (twitter.com/davidmatsumoto) is coming HIMSELF to do the training!
March Mingle 2011
Organized by the folks from the San Diego Tech Scene, March Mingle is a technology agnostic event that brings together developers of all flavors for an annual “Technology Woodstock” or “Ultimate Geek Happy Hour” for San Diego. Held at a local San Diego venue there are no sales or technical presentations, just talking shop, trading war stories, and munching on finger food while relaxing and enjoying the games and atmosphere.
What Is The March Mingle? In previous years, over 20 different San Diego Technology Groups participated in the annual March Mingle event. Over 300 people attended the event and it’s been a great success, largely due to strong support from the participating Technology Groups. In 2011, the Seventh Annual March Mingle promises to be just as exciting!
